摘要缩口模,通过工件来剖析缩口模凸凹模、模芯的设计关键,讲述了坯件在缩口制作中的经过,并对坯件的缩口工艺采取了剖析。本设计说明书里的内容,包含有两个方面,第一部分是模具市场的发展趋势、冲压技术的具体含义以及它以后的进展的大致方向、缩口的工艺方式方法和本零件材料的简单介绍;第二部分为缩口模的具体方案设计滴和常见问题的解决。我设计的是端帽缩口模的详细设计过程,这其中就包含了制定工艺方案,计算模具中的凸凹模刃口尺寸,校核凸模强度以及压力机的核查等。最后才又说明了装配的方式方法以及要求,还有提出的常见问题的解决方案。结合产品的作用、要求和加工的经济效益等,我设计的这种端帽零件它是必须要用冲压方法来生产。46208 毕业论文关键词:冲压模具;缩口;缩口凹模;工艺
ABSTRACT Necking die, through the analysis of workpiece necking die punch die, the design points of the die core, introduces the workpiece on the shrinkage of the export processing process and the workpiece shrinkage process were analyzed. The design specification, including two aspects. The first part is the specific meaning of mold market development trends, stamping technology and it later in the general direction, shrink the simple introduction of the export of technology method and the parts and materials; the second part is shrinking the specific design of the die and the common problem solving. I design is end cap shrink die design process in detail, which includes formulating technological plan, mould of punch and die cutting edge size calculation, check punch strength and press the verification. At last, it explains the methods and requirements of the assembly, as well as the solution to the common problems raised. Combined with the role of the product, the requirements and the economic benefits of processing, etc., I designed this kind of end cap parts it is necessary to use stamping methods to produce.
