摘要本课题以国家重大科技专项“高档数控机床滚动功能部件共性技术研发(2012ZX04002021)”为背景,针对滚珠丝杠副寿命测试试验台进行研究。课题完成了滚珠丝杠副寿命试验台的硬件搭建和软件系统的编写,以及试验数据的采集与分析。

    作为常用的的机械传动产品,滚珠丝杆副可以将旋转运动和直线运动互相转化,其质量将直接影响数控机床的整体性能。课题首先研讨了现阶段国内外在滚动丝杠副寿命试验上目前所取得的成就和不足,同时对滚珠丝杠的发展前景做了展望。

    课题针对滚珠丝杠副寿命测试实验的要求,在明确试验仪器的主要性能参数的基础上,设计了测控系统的硬件结构,搭建了完整的硬件系统。在完成硬件搭建的基础下,根据测量参数的要求运用Visual C++开发操作软件,实现人机交互,数据分析及报表显示打印。确定该软件系统各个模块内部的算法、代码实现及其数据结构,产生描述各模块过程的详细文档,并在硬件系统上完成软件系统模拟调试。48023

    课题利用软件系统控制计算机完成模拟跑合过程、模拟加载过程。在构建完成滚珠丝杠副寿命测试系统的基础上,凭借滚珠丝杠副试验所采集的试验数据,对其综合性能进行深入分析,提出提高滚珠丝杠副寿命的具体措施。

Title  Design the Control System of Life Test Workbench for Ball Screw--Design of Software System         

Abstract

Aiming at the study for the life of ball screw, this issue has developed a kind of testing equipment for its life test in the background of a national major scientific and technological project, “Research of Roller Components Common Features Technology in High-grade CNC Machine (2012ZX04002021)”.In according to finish this study for ball screw, hardware system and software system should be built, test data should be collected and analyzed.

As the frequently used mechanical transmission products, ball screw can convert rotational motion into linear motion and convert linear motion into rotational motion. Its quality will directly affect the overall performance of CNC machine tools. Firstly, this thesis has raised the achievements and problems of research status in all over the world, and the prospect in the near future.

According to the requirements of the life test experiment for ball screw and understanding of the main performance parameters of laboratory apparatus, the hardware structure of the workbench is designed and the integral system is built.

On the basis of the completed life test workbench for ball screw, Visual C++ is used to develop the operating software to accomplish the human-computer interaction,analyze the data collected and print the data needed. Determining the algorithm, code and data structures of the internal modules, and generate its detailed documentation and debugging the software system on specific hardware system.

The software developed is used to accomplish the running process simulation and loading process simulation. On the basis of the completed life test workbench for ball screw, it is supposed to come up with specific suggestions to improve the life of ball screw from in-depth analysis of its comprehensive performance by collected experimental data on the workbench.
