摘要滚动直线导轨副是高档数控机床的关键部件,静刚度是其选型的重要参数,目前国 内导轨副静刚度的理论和实验研究均不够深入系统,尤其缺乏对试验台的误差建模及补 偿的研究,多种静刚度综合测量装置的研制处于起步阶段。本论文首先有限元仿真了导 轨副结构参数对其静刚度的影响,然后对静刚度试验台进行了误差溯源,建立了载荷分 布情况、传感器布置方式和工装刚性等误差源的补偿模型,并进一步对国内外各厂家的 导轨副样件进行了静刚度测评,同时试验验证了有限元分析结果,最后优化设计了一种 同时测量直线导轨副垂直、侧向、俯仰、偏摆及倾斜静刚度的装置及方法,不仅将大幅 提高滚动直线导轨副静刚度测评的效率,且对导轨副的高刚性设计具有重大意义。70130

Title The measurement error modeling and compensation for the static stiffness of linear guideway, the emulation
analysis and experiment research
Abstract
Rolling linear guideway is the key component of high-grade CNC machine tool. Static stiffness of linear guideway is the important performance parameter to consider in the process of type selection. At present, domestic theoretical and experimental researches on linear guideway are insufficiently in-depth or systematic. Especially the research on testing error modeling and compensation is lacked. And comprehensive testing device for static stiffness is developing in its infancy. First of all, this paper simulates the influence of structure parameters on the static stiffness by finite element method, and then traces the error source of static stiffness test bed and establishes the error compensation model, including the load distribution, the sensor arrangement and the tool rigidity. The static stiffness assessment for some typical products of domestic major manufacturers and foreign famous manufacturer is proceed further, and the experiment verifies the results of finite element analysis. Finally an optimal device and its testing method for simultaneously measuring the vertical, lateral, pitching, rocking and tilt static stiffness of linear guideway are proposed. This study will not only greatly improve the efficiency of static stiffness test bed, but also have a great significance on the high-rigid design for rolling linear guideway.
