摘要目前市场上的手持电锯种类繁多,在各领域都有着广泛的应用。然而在家居 领域手持电锯却并没有想象中那么高的应用。本设计拟解决目前市面上直线锯结 构庞大,工作噪声大,不适合家庭使用的问题,设计一种新型实用的手持直线锯。 此直线锯采用曲柄滑块机构作为转化旋转运动为直线运动的机构。这种直线锯结 构更简单耐用,噪声也大大降低,较为符合家具使用的轻便,噪声低的要求。83693
通过对直线锯动力装置、传动系统及执行机构的设计,从而获得最佳的电锯 结构和造型方案。
首先,进行各部位零件的相关受力分析、尺寸的设计以及强度的校核,并随 之确定三大主要系统互相之间的联接方案。
然后,确定其具体结构分为三级传动,将电机的旋转运动转换成为锯条的直 线运动。第一级由一对齿轮对电机的输出进行减速;第二级由转轴,偏心轴和摆 杆,将旋转运动转换为摆动;第三级由摆杆,曲柄以及滑块组成,将摆动运动转 换成为直线的往复运动,即为锯条的往复运动。
最后,进行手持锯的三维模型的建立以及二维装配图零件图的绘制。

Based on linear sawing power plant, transmission system and the design of the actuator, so as to get the best structure of a chainsaw and modelling scheme。
First of all, for each place parts related stress analysis, the design of the size and strength check, and then determine the three major system connection between each other。
Then, determine its specific structure is pided into three levels of transmission, will be converted into the linear motion of the saw blade rotation movement of the motor。 The first level by a pair of gears on the output of the motor; 2 by the rotating shaft and eccentric shaft and the swinging rod, convert rotary motion to swing; 3 by swinging rod, a crank and slide block, will swing motion into linear reciprocating motion, namely for the reciprocating movement of the saw blade。
