摘要自由活塞式直线发电系统具有燃料适应性强、利用率高、系统结构紧凑、环境污染少等优点,近些年来逐渐成为车载发电装置的研究热点。本文就是基于这些原因开展了对自由活塞直线电机的研究,其主要内容有:(1)设计完成一台最大推力为4000N、行程120mm的永磁直线电机。并在设计完成之后使用JMAG软件对直线电机进行有限元仿真分析,得到直线电机的电磁场分布和电磁推力等;(2)完成直线电机的主控电路设计,在桥式直流PWM的基础上通过改进,设计出能够高效率地实现直线电机四象限可逆控制的主控电路;(3)基于MATLAB对直线电机系统进行仿真。基于Simulink和SimPowerSystems搭建电机系统模型,对设计的直线电机进行系统仿真工作,得到在一定电流下动圈的运动特性。83248

Title Free Piston Engine Designed by A 20KW Linear Power Generation System
Abstract Free piston linear power generation system has the advantages of strong adaptability, high utilization rate, compact system structure and less environmental pollution,in recent years, the free piston linear power generation system has become a research hotspot of the vehicle mounted power generation devices。 Based on these reasons, this paper are mainly study on the free piston linear power generation system, The main contents are: (1) Design a permanent magnet linear generation with a maximum thrust of 4000N and stroke 120mm。 After the design is completed, the linear generation is analyzed by finite element simulation with JMAG software, to figure out the distribution of electromagnetic field and electromagnetic force of linear generation; (2) Design the main control circuit of linear generation。 Based on the DC bridge PWM, the main control circuit is designed to achieve the four quadrant reversible control of linear generation;(3) Simulation of linear generation system based on MATLAB。 Based on Simulink and SimPowerSystems to build the system model of the linear power generation, then simulate the motion characteristics of the moving coil on a certain current。
