摘要连杆胀断加工,作为一种先进的连杆制造技术,从产生至今,经历了多方研究改良和广泛应用,并被大众认同。该技术突破传统的加工方法思路,由组装变革为分解,大大缩短了连杆生产周期。而且,由胀断加工得到的连杆,组装精密,性能优良,寿命长。提高连杆质量的同时,简化了加工过程。胀断机在连杆胀断加工过程中发挥着最为主要的作用,作为胀断机的骨架,其机架成为胀断过程中最主要的受力部件。要检验胀断机能否满足胀断需要,就必须对其机架进行相关的力学分析。86303
有限元法的存在和被使用已有近50年历史,它可以将现实中的物理学问题数值化,通过矩阵和行列式来表示结构的物理特性、载荷及约束,利用方程模拟物体受力和约束的状态和过程,从而将现实中遇到的问题数量化。ANSYS是一款功能强大的有限元分析软件,可以解决绝大多数在工程实际中遇到的问题,进行仿真模拟与分析,甚至可以给出优化方案。
本文就是利用ANSYS对胀断机的机架进行有限元仿真和分析,先对机架进行了三维实体建模,导入ANSYS后设置相关的力学参数,进行静态和动态分析。依据分析结果对机架的力学性能进行评估,判断机架能否满足胀断需求,并提出相应的优化意见。文中所得到的相关参数对现实中的机架设计、改进以及对结构的性能评估具有重要的指导和借鉴作用。

The existence and use of the finite element method have a history of nearly 50 years, it can make physics problems in reality numerical, with the physical properties, loads and constraints of structures represented by matrices and determinants, using equation to simulate the process when the objects bear force and the constraint, that’s the whole process that quantifies the real problems。 ANSYS is a powerful finite element analysis software, it can solve the vast majority of problems encountered in engineering practice, doing simulation and analysis, and can even give the optimization program。
In this paper, the finite element simulation and analysis of the machine frame of the expanding machine is made by using ANSYS。 Make the three-dimensional solid modeling for the frame first, then carry out the static and dynamic analysis after importing the 3D model into ANSYS and setting related mechanical parameters。 It is based on the results of the analysis of the mechanical properties to assess and determine whether the machine can meet the demand for expansion, and put forward the corresponding optimization advice。 The related parameters obtained in this paper have important guidance and reference for the design, improvement and evaluation of the structure。
