摘  要现如今,食品的灭菌是当前社会的一大热点,食品灭菌关系着人们的健康,关系着食品产业的工作效率,直接影响着一些企业的存亡,因此连续灭菌已经成为当今的一项重要课题。为了解决食品的连续灭菌问题,因此要设计一套连续的自动上下料灭菌装置,保证牛奶经过灭菌后能供给人们正常生活的需要。86302

论文的首先,就3L筒式灭菌进行了总体设计,确定了系统的总体方案,形成了包括上下料系统,自转公转内部方案在内的系统。对上下料的架子进行具体的说明之后对上下料系统中的键、皮带、电动机、输送带进行必要的具体设计和计算,并且进行了必要的强度校核,验证了这些零件选型的可靠性。其中有关上下料的推进推出装置,给出了两套方案,经过具体比较选择了更有效的一款。

然后,上下料的结构部分就大致完成了,验证了文章前面对于结构的可行性的猜想和说明,实现了连续的上料和下料以及牛奶品上下料部分的连续输送。其次,对输送的原理进行详细的说明,完整的说明连续上下料的过程。紧接着,就牛奶在灭菌桶内连续均匀的灭菌提出了可以让它既可以有效进行自转,又可以达到公转效果的方案,接着,对该方案进行具体的阐述,尤其是有关于滚筒的那块,然后,对其中的链轮进行设计和选型,然后进行了必要的应力校核。验证了有关自转公转方案设计的可行性,保证了连续的输送,以及在灭菌桶内的均匀连续灭菌。最后对输送架里面的托辊以及自转公转里的架子进行了有限元分析,经过分析验证了这两个关键零部件的可行性。

Abstract Nowadays, the sterilization of food has become one of the hot spots in the society。 The sterilization of food is closely related to people's health and the efficiency of the food industry。 Therefore, continuous sterilization has become an important issue nowadays。 In order to solve the problem of continuous sterilization of food, it is to design a continuous automatic feeding and feeding device to ensure that the milk after sterilization can supply the needs of people's normal life。 

At the first of the paper, 3L tube type sterilization were overall design。 Then we determine the overall scheme of the system, which comprises a material feeding system, rotation and revolution of the internal system。 To carry on the concrete description of the upper and lower material, the key, the belt, the electric motor and the conveyer belt in the upper and lower material system are designed and calculated in detail。 And the necessary strength check is carried out to verify the reliability of the selection of these parts。 In order to improve the next material device, we give two sets of programs, and after a specific comparison, we choose the more effective one。 Then the loading and unloading structure part is substantially completed, verifying of the feasibility of the front of a conjecture, the description of the structure, and the realization of the continuous feeding section of the continuous convey of the milk。 Secondly, the principle of conveying the milk can is given and at the same time we give a detailed description of the process of continuous up and down of the milk can。 Immediately, to solve the problem of the sterilization of milk in the sterilizing bucket, we work out a plan which can make it either effective rotation, and can achieve the effect of revolution scheme。 Then, the program is described in detail, especially on the roller of the piece, and then, on which the sprocket design and selection we carry out the necessary stress check。 To verify the relevant rotation revolution the feasibility of design scheme, to ensure the continuous conveyor, and in the sterilizing bucket of uniform continuous sterilization。 Finally we carry out the finite element analysis of the frame of the supporting roller and rotation and revolution in the shelf for transmission 。After analysis to verify the feasibility of the two key components。
