Abstract As the shortage of water resources,for sludge dewatering effect of processing technology and the demand is higher and higher。Horizontal decanter centrifug is a kind of typical centrifuge for sludge dewatering。It is a kind of advanced equipment that designde and developmented by using the advanced solid-liquid separation technology 。It has kind of advantages。
This task lies to the existing horizontal decanter centrifug to research。Then, this task lies to analyse in structure and static characteristics of horizontal decanter centrifug in-depenth to optimize its structure and improve its shortages。The way of researching this task is for structural optimization aiming at some problems of it。Using of ProE software to establish the centrifuge rotor 3D model, then seting up a connection between ProE and ANSYS softwares for static force analysis。 After ,combining the finite element analysis results to optimize the structure of spiral rotor of horizontal decanter centrifug to expand handing capacity and improve the separation effect 。 Second, using ProE software to process three-dimensional simulation demonstration of the optimized horizontal decanter centrifuge 。Finally, puting forword the scheme of improving the solid-liquid mixture dehydration process 。Using different program ANSYS analysis, finally chooses the best scheme。
The optimized horizontal decanter centrifuge,the sludge mixture goes by subside,then entering into the cone area of drum to dry it。 Finally, the sludge mixture access screen to dehydration once again。 The optimization of the structure is not only a simple combination on the advantages of the ordinary horizontal screw centrifuge and filter mesh,but also further expand the capacity, improve the separation effect and enlarged sieve diameter which can solve the problem of easily blocked on unoptimized centrifuge and greatly improve the performance of the horizontal decanter centrifuge。
