摘要为了产生脉冲惯性力以进行液滴微喷射实验,制作了以电磁铁为作动器的微流体驱动控制系统。主要进行了电磁铁作动器的驱动控制电路设计,该电路以ATmegal8535单片机为基础,硬件包含最小系统模块、行列式键盘模块、液晶显示模块和程序下载模块,软件应用C语言编程实现了电磁铁的驱动控制。利用电磁铁为作动器的微流体驱动控制系统进行了微喷射实验,验证了以电磁铁为作动器进行微喷射的可行性。7227

Title Design of Microfluidic driven and controlled system based on electromagnet
Abstract
In order to generate the pulse inertia forces which used to make the droplet micro-injection experiments,designed a microfluidic driven and controlled system in this paper, the electromagnet was chosen as actuators. Mainly done the driving control circuit of electromagnet actuators based on ATmegal 8535 microcontroller, the hardware included the minimum system module, determinant of the keyboard module, LCD module, and program download module. The C programming language was used to make the electromagnet driven and controlled. Microfluidic driven and controlled
system based on electromagnet was used to make the micro-injection experiments, which verified the feasibility of micro-injection chosen the electromagnet as the actuator.
