摘要液压控制系统在组合机床有着重要作用,对液压控制系统的设计也是进行组合机床设计的重要组合部分,做好液压控制系统的设计,有利于提升机床的总体性能,并使液压动力元件有效可靠的运行。

本文根据液压技术的发展现状和应用领域,及液压控制系统的特点,确定电液控制系统的设计分析。将任务书中的设计参数进行负载,确定执行元件的参数。分析液压系统设计是整个机械设计的一部分,它的任务是根据机器的用途、特点和要求,利用液压传动的基本原理,拟定出合理的液压系统图,按照执行元件的参数来选用液压元件的规格和进行系统的结构设计。再经过必要的验算来确定液压系统的执行元件。对液压系统的各回路进行性能分析,总结出该机加工生产线动力头的液压系统具有的性能特点。49478

现在机加工生产的控制系统大多采用的是电液控制。电液控制是将机电传动与液压系统相结合的先进的控制系统。确定系统的电控设计是动力头产生合适的进给、定位形式,从而满足所有钻削/攻丝/铣削动力头对不同工件的的加工控制要求,通过系统的控制要求进行电气控制线路设计和可编程序控制器系统分析。
