摘要本论文阐述了目前国内外制麦用发芽箱的研发状况,发展动态和发展方向,以及制麦用发芽箱在啤酒制造业中的重要作用,研究了目前国内外制麦用发芽箱的现状,针对国内在研发制麦用发芽箱上耗时、耗材多等缺点,提出了数字化设计制造思想。本论文着重对萨拉丁发芽箱的数字化设计进行了研究。52525

作者根据目前国内制麦用发芽箱的生产实际,进行调查研究,在充分掌握资料的基础上,提出了制麦用发芽箱的数字化设计制造思想。作者以大型三维软件SolidWorks为工具,用模块化设计方法进行了萨拉丁发芽箱的模型建立,并用其相关功能对制麦用萨拉丁发芽箱进行仿真分析,计算了发芽箱在各种工况状态下各部件的最危险截面,和整个运动过程中各关键零部件的的受力状态,减少了发芽箱的设计时间,缩短了发芽箱的开发周期,减低了制造成本。

本论文旨在对我国制麦用萨拉丁发芽箱的现代设计制造方法做一些尝试和探索,论文仅是理论方法上的研究,如要应用于生产实际还需要进一步分析研究。但本论文提出的数字化设计制造思想,对我国啤酒行业探索和运用现代化设计方法相信会有一定的启发和推动作用。

 Abstract  This paper describes the current domestic and international malting germination boxes with the development situation, development trends and direction, as well as malting germination boxes used in the beer industry in the important role of research at home and abroad malting germination boxes with the status quo, for domestic use in the development of malting germination boxes on the time-consuming, supplies, and other shortcomings, presents digital design and manufacturing ideas.
