摘  要  近些年来,我国拖曳对象的数量和种类不断的增加,船舶界为了应对这种局面,不得不逐步提高拖船的拖曳能力,然而拖船拖曳能力的提高,不意着要在另一方面以损害拖船在作业时其结构的强度来满足要求。 全回转拖船身为作业船的一种,主要被拿来使用在帮助大型船舶的拖带、顶靠等作业中,还包括在中国沿海航区进行的拖带作业活动,要求有高度灵敏的操纵性、良好的拖带稳性、强大的系柱牵引力和自由航行时有一定的航速,其中对于拖曳设备的强度要求是关键所在。通常拖曳设备为标准件,能够满足结构强度要求,所以只要分析拖曳设备支撑结构的强度即可。因此本文所进行的全回转拖船拖曳设备强度计算主要是针对支撑部分进行计算。 以镇江船厂 3000kw 全回转拖船为研究对象,以中国船级社《国内航行海船建造规范》(2012)为依据,采用 MSC.Patran/Nastran 有限元软件对作强度校核,其结果可为同类船舶拖曳设备结构设计和优化提供参考。校核结果表明,该船拖缆机基座、艉滚筒、鲨鱼钳、四滚轮式艉带缆桩等主要拖曳设备满足规范中的强度要求。58713

Abstract  Along with our country drag  increase in the number and variety of objects and ships to tug towing capacity requirements also gradually improve,the tug in improving towed ability at the same time to ensure in the operation of the structure strength meet the requirements. Whole slew tug the ship as a port operations,mainly used to assist large vessels towing,top on port operations and China towing operations in coastal area require highly sensitive handling and towing stability of good,strong column traction force and freedom of navigation with a certain speed,which for towing equipment strength requirements is the key.  Usually towing equipment for standard parts,can meet the requirements of structural strength,so as long as the analysis of towing equipment supporting structure strength. Therefore,the whole slew tug towing equipment strength calculation is mainly calculated for the supporting part. Zhenjiang shipyard 3000kW whole slew tug as the research object,by China Classification Society  <domestic sailing ships construction specification>  (2012) as the basis,using finite element software MSC. Patran / Nastran  to check the strength. The results can be for the similar ship towing equipment structure design and optimization to provide the reference. Verification results show that,the ship towed cable machine base,stern roller,shark pincers,four roll wheel stern bollards and other main towing equipment meet the strength requirements in the specification.
