摘要火箭发射装置是火箭发射系统的基本组成部分,承担着运输和发射的作用,为了满足火箭弹的运输和发射安全,设计一套闭锁机构来固定火箭弹,防止火箭弹由于重力、燃气流作用力、振动惯性力等作用而产生移动、跳动甚至脱落掉弹,保证火箭弹与点火装置良好接触,并在发射时提供一定的闭锁力。59610

本闭锁机构由三部分组成:剪切螺栓,拉杆和喷管套筒。拉杆主要是起到连接剪切螺栓与套筒的作用,主要满足拉杆的刚度要求,强度要求和稳定性要求;喷管套筒则是装配在火箭弹喷管位置,可以沿尾翼和喷管滑动;剪切螺栓是整个机构的核心部分,也是直接起剪切作用的部分,当火箭弹与定向器配合时,在适当位置使用剪切螺栓连接两者,借助于螺栓被剪断消耗能量提供闭锁力。本课题要求通过学习机械设计各方面的专业知识,完成剪切螺栓,拉杆和喷管套筒的设计和校核,并采用有限元软件对此双剪切式闭锁机构进行仿真分析。

Title  The design of the double shear type locking mechanism             

Abstract Rocket launcher is the basic component of rocket launch system, bearing the function of transport and emission. In order to ensure the security of rockets transport and launch, a locking mechanism is designed to fix rockets, which can prevent rockets from shifting, moving up and down and even falling off due to gravity, gas flow force, vibration inertia force etc. Meanwhile, it also can ensure the good connection between rockets and ignition device, providing certain locking force at the launching time.

The locking mechanism is made up of three parts: shear bolts, pull rod and nozzle sleeve. Pull rod is mainly served as connection between shear bolt and sleeve to meet the requirements of stiffness, intensity and stability. Nozzle sleeve is assembled on the position of rocket nozzle, which can slide along the tail fin and nozzle. Shear bolt is the core part of the body and has the direct shear function. When the rockets cooperate with directional device, shear bolt is used to connect the other two parts in the accurate place to provide locking force by cutting energy of bolts. The requirements of this topic are to complete the design and checking of shear bolt, pull rod and nozzle sleeve and use the finite element software for simulated analysis of the double shear type locking mechanism through learning the professional knowledge of mechanical design.
