摘要: 本设计通过对两种不同方案的减压阀结构的设计进行优劣特点的分析比较,选择当今应用越来越广泛的管式螺纹连接定值输出减压阀作为研究对象,参考JF系列先导式减压阀的相关产品的结构和技术参数,并以此为基础,通过改变主阀芯的材料,并重新设计先导式定值输出液压减压阀阀芯的结构参数,从而提高了减压阀的灵敏度,使产品在满足设计条件要求的情况下,更加经济合理化;并通过Solidworks完成了先导式减压阀的零部件和装配体的三文建模,得出了减压阀的装配和拆卸过程动画;利用ANSYS软件对其进行了动态特性分析,通过计算和不断优化使减压阀的整体性能有所改善和提高,其结果表明该减压阀满足预期的使用要求。8858

Design and Modeling of a Pressure Reducing Valve
Abstract:Comparing and analysis the design of two different schemes of valve structure, we select the pipe-thread pilot pressure relief valve to research, which is widely used nowadays. Refer to the structure and technical parameters of JF series of pilot pressure reducing valve, and on this basis, we can increasing the sensitivity of the valve and make it more economical and reasonable once it meet the design requirements by changing the valve plug’s core material and redesigning the values of the structural parameters; get the assembly and disassembly process flash of Pilot pressure reducing valve through drawing the three-dimensional model of it; using ANSYS software to analyzing dynamic characteristic, through calculate and optimize to increase the performance of the valve, and finally the results show that the valve can meet the expected requirements.
