摘要为了解决某高初速传统杀伤榴弹发射器的减后坐力问题,提出一种将浮动发射原理运用到高初速自动榴弹发射器减后坐的设计方案。本课题主要工作是基于内弹道学理论与机械设计理论对35mm杀伤榴弹发射器浮动减后坐装置的首发启动装置和防瞎火装置进行设计。首先设计了整个首发启动装置和防瞎火装置的总体方案;然后设计了首发启动装置中的最重要的几个核心部件:后拉安装座、活塞、回转弹膛、机针,以及防瞎火装置中的棘爪、棘爪簧、凸轮、滑动拉杆、旋转式储能机构;并依据给定任务条件(弹丸初速,弹丸自重,枪管重量)进行内弹道学分析得出的后坐距离,从而确定后拉安装座与前端盖的基本尺寸,并确定了后拉过程提供能源的无战斗部弹药的装药量;最后利用计算机辅助设计软件SolidWork与AutoCAD对机构进行三维模型与二维图的绘制工作,其中包括各个三维装配模型,二维装配图,二维零件图。69377

Abstract
