摘要机载火箭是我国空军重要的航空武器。本文是在对 57mm 机载火箭发射架测绘的基础 上,结合有关火箭发射装置的专业知识,对机载火箭发射架进行结构设计。在设计过程中, 首先利用 UG 三维设计软件对机载火箭发射架的定向管、机架、集束板、整流罩以及闭锁 挡弹机构进行建模。建模完成后,利用 ABAQUS 有限元分析软件对定向管以及闭锁机构 进行校核,分析火箭弹在管内运动时,燃气射流对定向器的影响,以及飞机过载情况下闭 锁机构的可靠性。通过以上工作,可以深刻了解机载火箭的基本结构、工作及设计过程。69459

Title The Reversal Design of 57mm Airborne Rocket Launcher
Abstract Airborne launcher is important in our weapon system for a long time. By surveying and mapping the 57mm airborne rocket launching system, and using UG software ,we model the structure of the rocket launcher. In the process of modeling, according to the professional knowledge of the students in the three years of study, the most important work is the design of the locking mechanism. After the completion of the design, we use ABAQUS finite element analysis software to check the directional device and locking mechanism, analysis rocket in the tube motion, the influence of gas jet of directional device, and the reliability of locking mechanism when a aircraft under the condition of overload. Through the work above, we can make students understand how to design a airborne rocket and how the rocket works. By understanding the past aircraft rocket launcher, analyzing their structures ,we can learn the active airborne rocket much easily. Comparing the two above, we can understand the direction of airborne rocket development and inevitability. Having a good wish to the development direction of future airborne weapon.
