摘要热压机是在人造板的制造以及生产过程中起决定作用的设备。发展人造板行业有利于对加工人造板的木料进行充分的利用,在生产制造人造板的系统中,人造板热压机是最主要的组成部分,其液压系统则为控制热压阶段的核心所在。69996
为了使液压缸满足快速动作以及可以进行缓慢施压的要求,在此次的设计中,我们选用斜盘式的轴向柱塞变量泵。其特点是不仅可以使液压缸完成迅速的动作,而且又能够缓慢的对板材施加压力。并且因为该系统选用液控单向阀,它的原理是根据重力的作用在完成卸荷。该液压系统最大的特点是利用了主作用缸和快速液压缸的配合使用来实现快速前进和低速缓慢工进。这样不仅能保证板材压制需要的力量,而且又可以能节省整体循环的时间。系统中还使用了的液压集成块技术,使用液压集成块技术的好处在于其可使系统具有较紧凑的结构,从而缩小了占用面积,使系统工作起来比较灵活。
此外, 在研究并且了解人造板热压机每一个组成部件以后,对其中的液压系统做出了选择且确定了热压机的结构方案,并对快速液压缸、主作用缸的设计进行了计算以及验算。

Design of artificial board hot press system
Abstract Hot pressing is a device that determines the production and production process of the artificial plate. Development of wood-based panel industry is conducive to wood imitation board processing to make full use of, in the production of manufacturing wood-based panel system, wood-based panel hot press is the main part, the hydraulic system for control of hot pressing stage core.
In order to satisfy the rapid movement of the hydraulic cylinder and the requirements of the slow pressure, in this design, we choose the oblique disc type axial piston variable pump. Its characteristic is not only can make the hydraulic cylinder to complete the rapid action, but also be able to slow the pressure on the plate. And because the system uses a hydraulic control one-way valve, it is based on the role of gravity in the completion of unloading. The biggest feature of the hydraulic system is the use of the main cylinder and the use of fast hydraulic cylinder to achieve rapid progress and slow speed. This will not only ensure that the power of the plate to suppress the need, but also can save the overall cycle time. The system also uses the hydraulic integrated block technology, the advantage of using hydraulic manifold block technology is that it can make the system has a more compact structure, thus reducing the occupied area, make the system more flexible.
In addition, in the study and understanding of wood-based panel hot press every component after, of the hydraulic system in the make the choice and determine the structure scheme of the hot press and on the design of the hydraulic cylinder, a main cylinder were calculation and checking.
