摘要如今模具的运用范围越来越大,本次设计主要是进行某型汽车遥控器上盖注塑模模具设计,此模具是注塑模,结构简单,设计方便。
本课题要求对汽车遥控器上盖进行注塑模具设计,在我一步一步慢慢分析完汽车遥控器上盖的具体情况,通过查阅相关资料以及向老师和同学请教,我做完了我的本科毕业设计。
在最初的时候根据我自己所选取的塑件,利用绘图软件UG画出塑件的3D图,经过转换到Auto cad当中完成二维图纸的绘制,这些都是在分析塑件前要做的前期最基本的工作,完成了上述工作能够让我们一目了然的看到我设计出来的塑件模型具体应该是什么样子的。然后借助Mold flow进行模流分析,确定最佳的浇口位置,分析气穴以及熔接痕等生产过程中可能会产生的缺陷部位,分析填充时间、熔接线、缩痕等数据来验证模具设计是否合理,最终完成我的毕业设计。70016

Design of injection mold for the upper cover of a certain type of car remote control
Abstract Now mould use range is more and more big,this design is mainly for a certain type of car remote control cover mould design of injection moulds,the mould is the injection mold,simple structure,easy to design.
Cover this topic request for car remote control for injection mold design,after I slowly step by step analysis of the specific situation of the remote control car cover,through access to relevant data and ask teachers and classmates,I have finished my undergraduate course graduation design.
In the first time in my own selection of plastic parts,draw the use of drawing software UG in plastic parts 3d figure,converted to finish 2d drawing of Auto cad drawing,these are at the early stages of the analysis should be done before the plastic pieces of the most basic work,finished the work can let us be clear at a glance to see my design of plastic concrete should be what kind of a model.Then with the help of a Mold flow,Mold flow analysis of air-pocket and weld mark may produce defect parts of the production process,analysis of filling time,weld line,sink mark and other data to validate the mould design is reasonable,in the end to complete my graduation design.
