摘要:本课题为小型剪叉式升降台结构的设计。它的升降行程为120mm,最低载重量为20kg,由丝杆驱动。通过对剪叉式升降台的各种类型和国内外发展现状进行综述,了解国内外剪叉式升降台的总体水平和使用情况。通过论证的方法,对所有类型的升降台进行研究和归纳,从而设计一个适合实验室使用的升降台。最终选择在原有的基础上设计四连杆结构,使升降台传动时更加稳定,精准。并且在原有的结构上添加了伸缩式支撑柱,解决了原有升降台单边受力以及受力不均匀的问题。整个设计过程首先确定各个零件的尺寸,其次是根据国际标准来选择各个零件的材料。最终对主要零件进行强度校核,如丝杠,外连杆,内连杆,支撑架。71221

The design of small scissor type lifting platform
Abstract: This topic is the design of small scissor type lifting platform。Its travel is 120mm, the minimum load is 20kg, and drove by the screw .Reviewed based on the type of scissor lifting platform and the development present situation at home and abroad , we can know the overall level of scissor lifting platform processing and using at home and abroad.Studying and summing up the lifting platform of all types by means of argument, so as to design a suitable platform for laboratory using. Finally ,I design four link structure on the basis of the original, so that the lifting platform transmits more stably and accurately. And add the telescopic supporting column to solve the original problem of unilateral stress and uneven stress. The whole design process, first of all, is to determine the size of various parts, the second is to choose the material of the parts according to the international standard. Finally, check the strength of the main parts, such as the screw link,outer and inner link.
