摘要斜行电梯与我们常见的垂直升降电梯不同,斜行电梯主要是运行在有一定坡度的山 体、过街天桥等场合,在运行过程中要保证轿厢的水平状态。
斜行电梯变轨机构差速系统是为了实现在电梯变轨运行时,始终保持轿厢的水平状 态,使乘客在乘坐中有舒适的感觉。本设计首先针对以上问题给出了设计方案,变轨机构 部分采用了差速器的逆用和减速器来分配导轨 1、导轨 2 轿厢的速度;其次对电梯前后导 靴轮和轿厢在变轨过程中的运行速度进行了分析,根据三者在变轨过程中的速度设计构件 之间的联接机构,保证差速器在变轨过程中随着承载架发生转动的时候,依然能平稳的将 转速传递给减速器输入轴,以此来保证轿厢的平稳。最后对各零部件进行了设计。72671

The Design of differential System of Oblique Lift transfer Mechanism
Abstract Inclined elevator is different from our common vertical elevators , and is mainly installed in a certain slope of the mountain , overpasses and other places 。 It is important to ensure the level state of the car in the inclined elevator operation 。
Inclined elevator track adjustment mechanism is to always maintain the level state of the car ,and to comfort passengers in the inclined elevator operation 。 Firstly, aiming at the above problems given the track adjustment mechanism allocated the speeds of track 1 ,track 2 and the car by mechanism of the differential 。Secondly, based on the speeds of tracks1, track 2 and the car , the linkage mechanism of the tree component are designed。 Finally , every component are designed 。 The purpose of the inclined elevator track adjustment mechanism is to ensure differential transfer the speed to the input shaft of the reducer with the rotating of the bearing frame , and is to guarantee the smooth of the car 。
The analysis results show that the all linkage mechanism can ensure the smooth transition of the car in the track transfer process。
