摘要QCS006A 液压试验台是由秦川机床厂在 80 年代研发制造。但随着近 30 年液 压技术的革新,这种试验台的弊端逐渐显现,技术落后,实验过程全靠手动操作, 且操作过程复杂,测量误差大,由于数据记录、处理完全依赖人工而精确度难以 保证。已经不能满足液压新技术发展与现代实验教学的需要,因此开发出具有自 动化测控功能的液压试验台显得迫切重要。

本课题的设计就是结合新型传感技术、数据采集技术、计算机测控技术,开 发出基于 VB 测控系统的 QCS006A 试验台。实现了传统液压实验台的自动测控功 能。在原来试验台的基础上运用电液比例液压元件、新型传感器和数据采集卡并 结合测控系统完成 QCS006A 液压试验台的改造。改造后的液压试验台具有良好的 人机交互功能,测量精度高,实验过程自动化等优势。大大减轻了人工劳动强度, 提升了实验效率和质量。72679

The QCS006A hydraulic test Bench reformation

Abstract The QCS006A hydraulic test bench is researched and developmented in QinChuan Machine Tool Plant in the 80s。 But with the innovation of hydraulic technology nearly 30 years ,the disadvantages of this kind of test bench gradually comes out ,backward technology, all the experiment process rely on manual operation,The procedure of operating is complex, the error in measuring is large, the precision in measuring is difficult to guarantee because the recording and  processing of data entirely rely on artificial。Which have cannot satisfied the need of new hydraulic technology development and modern experiment teaching。Therefore develop new hydraulic test-bed that have the function of automatic measurement and control   is important。

The design for this subjec comprising sensor technology data acquisition technology, computer monitoring and control technology have developed new hydraulic test bench based on VB with measurement and control system。The new hydraulic test bench realize the function of measuring and controling automatically。The design have used electro-hydraulic proportional hydraulic components new sensors and data acquisition card and measure-control system on the basis of the original test to complete the reformation of traditional  QCS006A hydraulic test bench。The hydraulic test bench adapted has good human-computer interaction function, high accuracy and has the advantages of controling the experimental process automatically。That features reduce the labor  intensity of artificial, enhance the experimental efficiency and quality greatly。
