摘要:多工位级进模具是冲压模具的重要组成部分,把冲裁、弯曲、拉伸、成形工艺集成于一体的,代表现代先进生产方式的精密模具。本次毕业设计是支架成形工艺分析与多工位级进模设计,制件以操纵支架为对象,详细介绍从产品的工艺分析、计算数据及校核到最后模具设计的全过程。本此毕设课题联系现实实际生产,通过查阅大量文献及自学与模具设计相关的知识后,再进行多工位级进模具的设计。设计中主要运用了UG软件里的级进模模块,系统的完成从排样设计到模架、冲裁、弯曲、成形凸凹模和落料凹模的设计以及导柱、导套、螺钉、销钉的添加。完成模具设计后,进行仿真运行并加以改善模具,再次对模具及相关数据进行校核,确定模具设计合理。最后通过Autocad完成装配草图、装配工程图、零件工程图的制作,并进行总结撰写设计说明书。73751
