摘要适时起爆是引信最基本的功能之一,发火机构就是引信承担“适时可靠起爆战斗部”的系统,引信发火机构是引信系统的重要组成部分。除此之外引信的发火机构还许多技术指标:灵敏度和瞬发度等,随着战场环境的不断变化对引信的要求不断提高,同时要求引信具有大着角发火,擦地炸等功能。73329

    先根据已有产品进行反向工程得到该产品在发火过程中的相关参数,再自行设计机电引信惯性发火机构,测量其在发火过程中的相关参数,与反向工程中得到的参数进行比对。不断修改机电引信惯性发火机构的参数,使其在发火过程中的相关参数与反向工程中的到的相关参数相一致。具体过程如下:

利用SolidWorks的参数化建模功能建立了机电引信惯性发火开关的虚拟三维实体模型,在ADAMS平台下参照引信惯性发火机构实际的参数、对模型进行物理特性以及约束条件的设置,从而建立起该发火机构的动力学仿真模型,对模型进行了运动学和动力学分析,给出了发火机构发火的运动过程的曲线,并验证了引信擦地炸作用时发火机构的动态特性。

最后,利用ADAMS对发火机构进行了参数化设计和参数化分析,分析了引信发火机构各构件参数对发火机构性能的影响,通过试验设计将各构件的设计参数设计为变量的形式,进而完成了一系列的仿真,获得了引信发火机构的发火时间等结果,从而得到了有价值的数据信息为后续研究工作提供了基础。
