摘要本文通过对现有的关于叠合梁的大量文献以及论文的整理归纳,详细介绍了叠合梁的研究现状以及研究意义,通过对相关文献的查阅与对相关知识的学习,在现有理论公式的基础上分别推导出了同材料自由叠合梁的纯弯曲应力公式以及不同材料的自由叠合梁的纯弯曲应力公式。为了验证这一公式,选择力尔试验机作为试验器材,采用电测法的试验方法,制定了详细的试验方案,在叠合梁的合适位置粘贴应变片,并通过惠更斯电桥的连接方式将应变片接入力尔试验机,完成了同材料自由叠合梁的纯弯曲应力试验,实现了构件应变信息到电信号的转换,得到了不同高度处同材料自由叠合梁的应力应变试验值。在测出试验值后,将试验值与计算得到的理论值值进行比较,研究表明试验值与理论值的规律基本一致。74040
