摘要本文根据一种使用迫榴炮发射的某型号子母弹子弹药引信的战术技术指标,为其提出了总体设计方案,在方案中引信由弹簧滑块隔爆机构、空气动力保险机构、离心销保险机构以及引信电路及电源部分组成;并进行了引信整体及各机构的结构尺寸设计,完成了三维模型以及二维图纸;对保险机构和隔爆进行了设计计算,计算结果表明各机构在设计尺寸下能够保证勤务处理的安全性以及解除保险的可靠性;为实现子弹药引信的“三自”功能提出了方案,并给出了原理电路图;针对弹簧以及引信体薄弱处等环节进行了强度校核,计算结果表明,在发射过载下各零部件都不会发生强度破坏,能够正常工作。76683

Title The design of bomblet fuze capable of self-destruction and self-neutralisation and self-deactivating
Abstract This essay comes up with a general design scheme for fuze, in which it is composed of spring-slider mechanism, aerodynamic mechanism, centrifugal spring-pin mechanism , circuit and power supply, based on Tactical and Technical Indexes of a certain bomblet fuze launched by Mortar-Howitzers。 And 2D engineering drawings are accomplished, as well as three-dimensional model built by Creo, after the structure size is designed。 The design calculation is figured out, the result indicates that the designed fuze is able to ensure its safty in service process and reliability in arming process。 The methods for the fuze to achieve self-destruction, self-neutralisation and self-deactivating is put forward and principle circuit is given。 Lastly, strength check focused on springs and weak links on the fuze are carried out, the result indicates that no parts of the fuze will be damaged under the launching-overloading, the fuze can work normally。
