摘要:本文设计的卷绕式真空镀膜机,是一台采用加热蒸发镀膜的方式来完成镀膜过程的设备,其设备主要能广泛适用于中小型企业的生产加工中。该真空镀膜机主要由真空室体、基材卷绕系统、真空系统等部分组成的。本文主要设计了卷绕式真空镀膜机的总体结构以及其独特的送丝机构。79602
对于送丝机构的设计,首先对送丝机构的结构组成和运行原理进行了详细的分析,在了解送丝机构之后,通过对于计算并校验所设计的各个结构给出了一套完整的送丝机构。所设计的送丝机构采取每一个蒸发源有自己独立的送丝机构,这样可以提高镀膜的质量。
论文也对这台卷绕式真空镀膜机的整体结构进行了设计,对于真空镀膜机的各个结构有了一定认知之后,通过合理的安装过程装配成一台完整的真空镀膜机,应保证真空镀膜机在正常工作时保持其结构稳定性和安全性。
本文设计的卷绕式真空镀膜机能提高产品的生产性能和效率,减少劳动成本,工艺先进,镀膜质量高。

Abstract: In this paper, the design of winding type vacuum coating machine, is the manner in which a heating evaporation coating equipment to complete the coating process, its main equipment can be widely used in small and medium enterprises in the production and processing。 This vacuum coating machine is mainly composed of vacuum chamber, base material winding system and vacuum system。 This paper mainly designs the overall structure of the coiled vacuum coating machine and its unique feeding mechanism。
For the design of wire feeding mechanism, first, the structure of wire feeding mechanism composition and running principle has carried on the detailed analysis, after understanding wire feeding mechanism, through to calculate and check the design of the structure a set of complete wire feed mechanism is presented。 Each evaporating source is designed by the design of the sending mechanism, which has its own independent feeding mechanism, which can improve the quality of the coating。
Paper also to the coiling machine overall structure design of vacuum coating machine, the vacuum coating machine after each had certain cognitive structure, through the reasonable installation process to assemble a complete vacuum coating machine, should guarantee the vacuum coating machine in normal work to keep the structure stability and safety。
