摘要电感产品作为IT行业的基本元件之一,其质量十分重要。产品的感值和尺寸直接关系到其质量及使用性能,而传统的人工检测方法操作繁琐,误差较大,为了适应自动化生产的需求,本次设计开发了一套自动测量电感感值和产品尺寸的机构,对电感产品的质量进行实时检测。83134

本次设计的主要内容是如何实现电感感值和尺寸的自动量测。由于质量检测是产品成型后的第一步,本次电感量测机的开发以成型机为基础,在电极成型之后,增加感值测试和尺寸测量的机构。因产品质量要求较高,需对单颗料进行测试,研究的重点在于如何将单颗料从出料轨道中捡出,依次进行感值测试和尺寸测量,并将产品感值和尺寸准确直观的显示出来,从而实现产品质量的自动检测。设计中采用了气压驱动的方式,以气缸动作带动机构动作,使用感值测试铜片和高度规对电感产品进行质量检测。

本次设计中主要采用CAD及Inventer对电感自动量测机进行方案设计、各机构件三维模型的建立、并进行虚拟装配,对各机构动作进行分析,确保机构动作无干涉。根据生产需要对各机构件进行优化设计,在确保设计机构在实现功能的同时,其使用寿命和稳定性能满足生产需求。

Abstract As one of the basic components of the IT industry,the quality of inductance products is very significant。 The value and dimensions of products are directly related to the quality and performance of the products。But the traditional detecting system using manpower is tedious;besides,the error of this system is large。In order to meet the needs of automated production,We have designed a set of devices which can measure the inductance value and the size of product automatically。And these devices are able to offer a real time detection to detect the quality of inductance products。

The main content of this design is how to realize the automatic measurement of inductance value and size。Since the quality inspection is the first step in product forming, the development of the measuring machine of inductance is based on the made-up machine。After the electrode is formed,we should add new devices which measure the inductance value and dimension。In view of the quality of products requires a high level,we need to test the inductance products。The focus of the research is how to pick up the inductance products from the tracks and measure the inductance value and size。After that ,the data will be displayed clearly。In this way,we can realize the purpose of measuring the quality of products automatically。 Pneumatically driven system which drive the devices by the functioning of the cylinder is adopted in the design。And the design can also detect the quality of inductance by sheet copper which measure the inductance and height master。

This design mainly adopt CAD and Inventor to realize the design of automatic measurement machine、the establishment of three-dimensional model and the virtual assembly。To ensure the movement of our devices is independent,the CAD and Inventor w‘ill analyze every movement of the devices。According to the need of production,we need to introduce an optimization design for every part of the devices。In this way ,the designed devices can realize capabilities。At the same time,the their life span and stability will meet need of production。
