摘要门梯集成装置配置于舰船艉2甲板的大开口部位,本装置具有遮蔽开口、隐身挡浪、收放舷梯以供人员上下的功能。门梯集成装置由门板组件(大小门板)、舷梯组件、钢绳导轮组件、大门铰链组件、小门铰链组件、拉杆组件、锁紧装置、绞车、控制箱等组成,装置打开时,先将锁紧装置打开,展开舷梯的扶手;再按动电控箱上打开按钮,绞车释放钢绳,在钢绳的引导下,大门组件、小门包括固定舷梯、活动舷梯依次下放。活动舷梯可由操作者根据现场情况决定放下的位置,全部放到底部时,活动舷梯底部踏板距二甲板高度约为2700mm。根据门梯集成装置图纸,基于9级海况关闭时不损坏、5级海况正常使用的要求,分析装置各受力部件的受力情况,为装置强度校核提供依据。根据受力情况,分析装置各受力部件的应力情况,为装置设计和验证提供依据。83285

Abstract The integrated device of door ladder is in the ship stern deck 2 with large opening。The device have the function of covering opening, keeping out the wave, retracting gangway for personnel 。Door and ladder integrated device is composed of the door panel component (the big and small door panel), gangway ladder components, wire rope guide wheel assembly, gates hinge assembly, door hinge assembly, pull rod assembly, locking device, a winch and a control box。When open the device, first of all, the locking device is opened and ladder handrail spreads ; then open button is pressed on the control box and the rope winch is released 。Under the guide of steel rope, the big door component and the small door component including fixed ladder and the ramp in turn drop。 The operator can decide the position where the gangway puts down according to the scene。If all are putted to the bottom,the height from the foot plate at the bottom of the ramp to the second deck is about 2700mm。 According to the door and ladder integrated device drawings, based on requirements that it is not damaged on sea state 9 and it is used normally on sea state 5 ,we analyse loadings of the device on the components to provide a basis for device strength check。 According to the loadings analysis, the stress condition of each component is analyzed, which provides the basis for the designment and verification of the device。
