摘要现代社会中,制造业已成为不可或缺的一个产业,影响到人类生活的方方面面,在 一定程度上讲制造业的发展程度可以代表国家实力的水平。目前,在制造业发展过程中, 面临着一些制造难题,这些问题严重阻碍着科学进步和发展,亟需解决。在制造业中, 钻削加工所占的比重也越来越重,随着现代工业的发展,相关资料表明,钻孔工序已在 石油化工、仪器仪表、航空、航天、汽车制造、电子、医疗器械等领域得到了广泛的应 用,且对钻孔加工效率和质量的要求越来越高。尤其在航空航天方面,钻削加工所占的 比重已经超过百分之五十,一些关键零部件的制造都涉及到钻削加工。因此研究钻削加 工是很有必要的。83585

在传统制造业中,大量使用的切削液会对环境造成污染,同时也会对人体造成危害, 因此,绿色切削技术受到越来越多人的注意。水蒸气切削是绿色切削技术中的一个分支, 具体是指利用水蒸气代替传统的切削液,在加工过程中起到冷却润滑的作用。在钻削的 过程中,钻头与工件接触的部分温度可以达到几百摄氏度甚至更高,而水蒸气的温度为 100℃,因此在钻削过程中可以采用水蒸气来作为冷却润滑剂。这样做具有明显的优势, 一方面在加工的过程中改善了浇注冷却液对环境的污染和对人体的损害,另一方面也彻 底排除了冷却液在加工过程中发生爆炸的危险,使加工过程更加安全可靠。同时,由于 水蒸气的廉价性,还可以在一定程度上降低工件的成本。

本课题主要研究利用水蒸气代替传统的冷却液,在钻削过程中起到冷却润滑的作 用,一方面研究水蒸气作冷却润滑剂时,其冷却作用和润滑作用的影响程度,另一方面, 研究钻头转速和进给量等钻削参数对水蒸气的冷却作用和润滑作用的影响。

本课题选用 Deform-3D 软件对钻削过程中水蒸气的冷却润滑作用进行有限元仿真,仿真 过程主要包括刀具模型的建立和导入、刀具网格划分、钻削参数的设定、工件模型的建 立及网格划分、刀具和工件材料参数设定等步骤。

Abstract In modern society, manufacturing industry has become an integral part of the industry, affecting all aspects of human life, to a certain extent, the level of development of the manufacturing industry can represent the level of national strength。 At present, in the process of the development of manufacturing industry, faced with some problems, these problems seriously hinder the progress of science and development, it is urgent to solve the problem。 In manufacturing industry, drilling processing accounts for the proportion is more and more heavy, with the development of modern industry, the relevant data indicates that, drilling process has in petroleum, chemical, instrumentation, aviation, aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical equipment and other fields has been widely used and the drilling efficiency and quality have become increasingly demanding。 Especially in the field of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the proportion of drilling processing has more than fifty percent, some of the key parts of the manufacturing process are related to drilling。  So it  is very necessary to study the drilling process。

In the traditional manufacturing industry, a lot of use of the cutting fluid will cause pollution to the environment, but also cause harm to the human body, therefore, the green cutting technology is more and more people's attention。 Water vapor cutting is a branch of green cutting technology, which refers to the use of water vapor instead of the traditional cutting fluid, in the process of cooling and lubrication。 In the drilling process, the drill bit into contact with the work-piece temperature can reach hundreds of degrees Celsius degrees or higher, and the temperature of the water vapor to 100 DEG C, and therefore, the drilling process can be adopted steam as coolants and lubricants。 This has obvious advantages, on the one hand, in the process improve the casting of the cooling fluid on the environment pollution and to the human body damage, on the other hand also completely ruled out the cooling liquid in the process of explosion danger, make the process more safe and reliable。 At the same time, due to the low cost of water vapor, but also to a certain extent, reduce the cost of the work-piece。
