摘要随着经济的发展,游艇作为一种新型、娱乐的交通工具,开始融入社会,被人们所接受采用。本论文对游艇用氢燃料电池推进系统作了设计与布置,主要对船舱布置,螺旋桨与轴系方面进行了详细设计。84218
就船舱布置而言,基于船型与生活需要考虑,把游艇设置为电力直接传动,分为三层的舱室布置,分别用于电力推进系统,船舱生活场所的布置以及驾驶观光层面。
就螺旋桨设计而言,本论文基于船机桨匹配原理,采用对比论证的方法完成对螺旋桨材料、叶数与数目的选型,基于伯利尔限界线对螺旋桨空泡校核,重量,惯性矩计算,使用CAD作出螺旋桨总图以便加工。
就轴系设计而言,本论文基于船舶轴系布置原理,采用对比论证的方法完成对轴材料的选择,通过查阅《规范》以各种公式计算轴系直径,轴长,主要对轴系的稳定性,强度以及振动进行校核,最终使用CAD绘制出各轴段工程图。

Abstract With the development of the economy, the yacht,as one new and entertainment type of transportation ,begins to integrate into society, it also is accepted by more and more people。In this paper, the yacht hydrogen fuel cell propulsion system is designed and arranged, mainly to the cabin layout, the propeller and the shafting has carried on the detailed design。
On the cabin layout, considering the ship and the life need , the yacht uses the direct power transmission, pided into three layers of cabin layout, respectively, suitable for the promotion of systems, living places and driving tourism level。
As far as the propeller design is concerned, In this study,I use the method of the comparison and demonstration to finish the choice of the material,the blade number and the number of the propeller,mainly based on the principle of the ship,machine and propeller。 Moreover, I finish the check of propeller cavitation, weight, moment of inertia based on the Berea gauge line。Finally,I use CAD to make propeller engineering drawing for processing。
For the shafting design, this paper is mainly based on the principle of ship shafting layout。by the method of the comparison and demonstration,I finish the choice of the material of the shafting。 According to referring to the "standard" ,I calculate the shafting diameter and the length with a variety of formulas。 In this paper,the stability,strength and vibration of shafting are checked too。Finally I use CAD to finish the shafting engineering drawing。
