摘要中国的经济、政治、文化自改革开放后都在发展迅速，带动了会计、审计等职能性行业的发展。其中，会计作为所有大型企业都不可或缺的一个部门，其行业水平也逐步在与国际接轨。本文介绍了财务报表和财务报表分析的基本概念，财务报表分析研究国内外现状以及局限性。为了更好的理解经营视角下的企业财务报表分析，对房地产业领先者——万科进行了财务报表分析。本文介绍了万科的发展历史和经营模式的改变，对万科集团2013至2015年三年间的年度财务报告做出基本的分析，从偿债能力、盈利能力和营业能力三个角度对万科的经营水平进行探究，并且发现问题并提出建议。86114

Financial Statement Analysis under the Perspective of Operation

Abstract China's economy, politics, culture are developing rapidly since the reform and opening-up policy，driving the development of the functional industry，such as accounting，auditing and so on。 Accounting, as an essential part of all large enterprises , the level of industry is also in line with international standards progressively。 This paper introduces the basic concepts of financial statements and financial statement analysis, financial statement analysis research’s status at home and abroad and the limitations。 In order to better understanding the perspective of enterprise financial statement analysis, as the real estate industry leader, we take Vanke as an example of financial statement analysis。 This article first introduces the development history of Vanke, and management pattern of the change。 Again to Vanke group from 2013 to 2015, three years annual financial reports to make basic analysis。 From three angles of debt paying ability, profit ability and operating ability to explore level of Vanke's management。 Found the problem and put forward suggestions。

经营视角下的企业财务报表分析

0 引言

随着经济、政治、法律的不断完善与发展，财务报表的发展也在进步中完善，财务报表分析对企业经营的必要性和重要性日益凸显。由于企业的所有权和控制权的分离，上市公司财务报表已然成为展示企业经营状况的载体，成为一门特别的“财务语言”。企业财务报表综合而又系统地反映了在一个会计期间中，企业与不同会计主体进行的所有经济往来项目，因此财务报表分析是利益相关者查看、监督企业的最佳方式和途径。在当今企业中，财务报表分析可以帮助管理层发现现今的运营缺点，亡羊补牢，查漏补缺。更可以根据其结果制订来年的工作计划，确定各部门的预算目标、调整公司结构、制定员工评估计划等等，以此达到节约成本，精准预算，鼓动员工士气等等目标，从而得到效益最高的经营结果。简单来说，一份专业系统、全面综合的企业财务报表分析对企业的良好发展是不可或缺的。中国在进入市场经济以来，经济快速发展，上市公司的队伍正在不断的壮大，国内的会计准则近年来也在不断的向国际会计准则相靠拢，企业的财务报表分析标准也在不断提升，以此来满足更多人的需求以及和国际同行进行竞争。
