Abstract In this world full of information,data represents the potential value。And now how to take full use of value of data is the core competitiveness of modern enterprises。Which the Big Data and Cloud Accounting represents is just the capabilities of data processing。On the basic understanding of Big Data, Cloud Accounting and Financial deciding,this paper draw attention to what the role of data play in the decision-making procession。Then take the Alibaba into a case study to show the role of Big Data and Cloud Accounting in several aspects。 Finally, get some minds of Big Data and Cloud Accounting in future financial deciding。

0。1 研究背景和意义
21世纪，随着电子计算机和网络技术的普及应用，信息化已经渗透到了我们生活中的每一个方面。而随着以移动互联网为代表的信息化时代的到来，作为企业一项重要的战略资产的大数据在整个企业的运营过程中所彰显的作用越来越大，仅2015年全年，中国的大数据项目已经超过了100亿规模，而据预计，至2020年，中国企业级大数据应用市场规模可达200亿，大数据的应用前景一片光明。与此同时随着云会计平台的构建与不断完善，其强大的数据存储和处理能力，使得对涉及企业运营过程中各种财务数据与非财务数据的财务决策分析变得更加方便、快捷，而其与大数据技术的有机融合势必将使得企业产业结构发生重大变革，进一步完善产业链，提升企业的品牌和价值[1]。文献综述
