Research on financing way of private enterprises
Abstract After the reform and opening up, private enterprises have developed rapidly, which become important parts to national economy。 The sustainable development of private enterprises is a significant element to the economic stability。 Capital is the key word of enterprise development。 However, the current financing problems lead to a slow growth rate among common private companies。 Firstly, this paper describes the development process of China’s private enterprises。 Secondly, it discusses reasons of financing obstacles from traditional financing structure and environment。 Then, it gives the countermeasures regarding the above。 Finally, the paper presents some new financing models with cases to broaden the financing channels for private enterprises。

0引言
自从我国改革开放，尤其是十五大以来，民营经济已成为我国国民经济的重要构成部分，其对完善市场经济、增加就业、增长财政收入等方面起到了十分重要的作用。民营企业要想发展壮大就需要资金的支持，但实际上当前民营企业的融资环境并不乐观。本文旨在研究民营企业现有融资模式的基础上，发现问题并给出建议，最后提出一些新的融资模式，以解决民营企业融资难的问题。
