摘要：基于国内外有关社会资本、技术创新绩效及技术战略的相关研究成果，构建了企业技术最高管理者CEO（首席执行官）外部社会资本与技术创新绩效的理论模型。考虑CEO技术战略参与程度对CEO部社会资本与技术创新绩效关系的中介作用，对中国高科技企业进行实证研究。结果表明：CEO外部社会资本结构文、关系文、认知文正向影响技术创新绩效，CEO技术战略参与程度分别在CEO外部社会资本结构文与技术创新绩效之间、CEO外部社会资本关系文与技术创新绩效之间起着部分中介作用；CEO技术战略参与程度在CEO外部社会资本认知文与技术创新绩效之间未起到应有的中介作用。35477

Social Capital and CEO of China's multinational acquisition performance effects associated with research
Content abstract: Based on the social capital and technological innovation performance at home and abroad and related research achievements of technology strategy, build the enterprise technology top management CEO (chief executive) external social capital and the theory of the technological innovation performance of the model. Consider participation of CEO CEO technology strategy relationship between social capital and technological innovation performance of intermediary role, empirical research for China's high-tech enterprises, the results show that the CEO of external structure, the relationship between dimensions of social capital, the cognitive dimension of positive influence on technology innovation performance; CEO technology strategy to participate in CEO between external social capital structure dimension and technology innovation performance, CEO of external social capital relations between dimensions and performance of technological innovation plays an intermediary role; CEO technology strategy to participate in CEO cognitive dimension and external social capital did not play a mediating role between technological innovation performance.
