摘要：房地产行业是支撑我国经济体系的主要产业之一，直接关系到我国的民生问题，它的健康发展与我国经济稳定发展密切相关，对和谐社会的构建至关重要。正因为房地产行业的重要性，如果房地产业发生财务风险，将破坏市场平衡，影响经济的稳定发展，因此，对我国房地产企业的财务风险问题进行研究具有很重要的现实意义。本文对我国房地产企业的财务现状进行了数据分析，从房地产企业的融资活动、投资活动、利益分配活动等企业经营活动来分析财务风险的成因及表现形式，并针对房地产企业财务风险的成因提出相应的降低及解决财务风险的措施，最后以大龙地产为例，对大龙地产的财务风险运用数据进行分析并提出相应的风险规避措施。50558

Research on analysis and prevention of Financial Risks for Listed Real Estate Enterprises
Abstract: Real estate industry is one of the main industry in supporting China's economic system, it’s directly related to the people's livelihood issues in our country. its healthy development is closely related to the stable development of economy of our country. In addition, it is of crucial importance to the construction of a harmonious society. Because of the importance of the real estate industry, the market equilibrium will be destroyed if the real estate industry have the financial risk, and it will affect the stable development of economy. Therefore, to study the financial risk of real estate enterprises in our country has very important practical significance. In this paper, we will analyze the current situation of China's real estate industry. We will analyze the causes of financial risk and manifestation of financial risk from the real estate enterprise financing, investment, profit distribution and other business activities, and put forward the corresponding measures to reduce and solve the risk. Finally, we use The Dragon Real Estate for example, analyze the risk and give some measures to prevent the risk.

房地产行业是支撑我国经济体系的主要产业之一，直接关系到我国的民生问题，它的健康发展与我国经济稳定发展密切相关，对和谐社会的构建至关重要。房地产业在推动经济发展的同时，行业特性引发的问题也不可忽视，尤其是它的高负债经营模式，在解决长期发展资金问题的同时，也很容易引发财务危机。
