摘要:在信息技术飞速发展的时代,越来越多的企业应该意识到运用先进的ERP管理理念和管理手段来增强企业的竞争能力,以面对全球化的竞争模式。然而,我国企业实施ERP成功率极低已经成为了一个不争的事实,ERP系统的实施是一项比较复杂的系统工程。本文以山东鲁花集团为例,通过引进并应用实施ERP系统的成功使企业在管理问题上有效地解决,该项目的成功值得研究。本文以山东鲁花集团成功实施为案例背景,运用文献研究、案例分析两种方法对山东鲁花集团从引进系统到实施成功进行了全面分析。对该项目从实施背景、实施风险、实施步骤、实施效果等四个方面进行概括性的研究分析,得出了鲁花集团ERP项目实施关键成功的因素为:高层领导的支持、业务流程重组、项目管理三个方面。52832

The analysis of the key success factors of ERP implementation of listed companies - shandong LuHua group, for example
Abstract:In the information era of rapid development, more and more companies should be aware of to make use of advanced ERP management idea and management tools to enhance enterprise's competitive ability, to face the competition pattern of globalisation. However, Chinese enterprises to implement ERP success rate is extremely low has become an indisputable fact that, the implementation of the ERP system is a relatively complex and system engineering. Paper with shandong LuHua group as an example, through the successful introduction of implementation and application of ERP system makes the management problems effectively solve obtain bigger profits, experience in the successful implementation of this project is worth to explore and research. Based on shandong LuHua group successful case background, the application of the method of literature research and case analysis two in shandong LuHua group from the introduction of ERP system to the successful application has carried on the thorough analysis. From the implementation background, implementation of the project risk, implementing effect, general research on the four aspects such as the analysis, it is concluded that the LuHua group key success factors for ERP project implementation: "head" of support, the implementation method of innovation, attaches great importance to the training of three aspects.
