摘要由于创业板上市公司的特殊性,创始人往往在企业中掌握实权,对企业的发展起到重要的影响作用,前人主要研究的重点为创始人的个人特征,而对社会关系这一方面研究较为粗糙,然而关系网络在中国具有举足轻重的地位,创始人的社会关系究竟会对公司产生多大的影响。本篇论文主要研究中国创业板上市公司创始人的社会关系对公司绩效所产生的影响,以人力资本理论、高层阶层理论为理论基础,选取创始人的学历水平、行业关系以及政治关系三个方面进行研究。本文选取创业板2012年前上市的公司作为样本,通过对建立的模型进行了数据处理和分析并最终得出结论:创始人学历水平、行业关系、政治关系都与公司绩效呈正相关关系,其中,学历水平的影响程度较大,政治关系影响程度较小。最后,结合实证分析结果本文提出创始人如何利用社会关系进一步提高公司绩效的相关建议。64956

Title founder of social relations and corporate performance Empirical Study on companies listed on GEM
Abstract
As the particularity of companies listed on GEM, the founder often held the real power in the enterprise and played an important role in the development of the company. Previous studies focus mainly founder's personal characteristics, and study this aspect of social relations more rough, but relations network has a pivotal position in China. How the social relations of founder effect the company. This thesis focus on the effect of founder's social relations on firm performance, using human capital theory, senior class theory as the theoretical basis. This thesis choose the academic level, industry relations and political relations as Arguments. This paper selects the GEM listed companies by 2012 as a sample and the conclusion shows that Founder of the academic level, industry relations, political relations and corporate performance is positively correlated, in which the academic level have stronger relations and political relations have weaker relations. Finally, this paper combined with empirical results gave some advice that founder how to use social relations to further improve corporate performance.
