摘 要：据我国目前大型以及特大型企业财务报表反映:固定资产占企业总资产的 46%-69%; 固定资产折旧费用占生产成本的 13%。若是企业固定资产管理控制不到位,松散混乱，不可 避免的固定资产管理缺乏制衡,会导致国有固定资产损失和固定资产管理水平降低。本文 以扬子江药业集团有限公司为例,探讨了研究中存在的问题对企业固定资产的管理和控制 措施,通过本文的研究,可以为企业的固定资产管理和治理对策有一个更深入的理解,促进 企业更好的发展。65085

Abstract：According to the financial statements reflect: large and super large enterprises in fixed assets accounted for 46% ~ 69% of total assets of the enterprise; Depreciation of fixed assets is only 13% of the cost of production. If enterprise fixed assets management control does not reach the designated position, loose chaos inevitable fixed assets management, lack of checks and balances, resulting in the loss of state-owned fixed assets and fixed assets management level is low. This paper takes the Yangtze river pharmaceutical group co., LTD  as  an example,  this paper discusses the problems existing in the research on enterprise fixed assets management and control measures, through the study of this article, can for enterprise of the fixed assets management and governance countermeasure have a more in-depth understanding, promote the development of enterprises better.
