摘 要：存货是资产中最为重要的一部分，存货管理不仅对公司的资金占用水平以及资产的运作有关，还会影响公司的利益，因此，公司对存货的管理十分重要。本文首先在结合上市公司存货特点的基础上描述了雅戈尔公司在存货管理的现状，其次采用与存货管理相关的理论知识，数据分析的方法从公司的内部控制制度、市场环境、行业竞争力、供应链方面来进一步分析雅戈尔公司在存货管理上出现的问题，最后针对上述的问题逐一给出雅戈尔公司如何对存货进行管理的措施。67422

Abstract: Inventory is the most important part of the assets, the inventory management is not only related to the company’s capital takes up level, and the operation of the assets, but also affects the interests of the company. Therefore, the company believes that the inventory management is extremely important. In this paper, first of all, on the basis of combining with the characteristics of the listed company stock describes the present situation in inventory management of the Youngor company. On the second hand, using the theory knowledge which is connected with the inventory management and the method of data analysis from the company’s internal control system, market environment, industrial competitiveness and supply chain to further analyze the problems what exist in inventory management in Youngor company. Finally, on the above-mentioned problems, one by one giving Youngor company the measures how to manage the inventory.

1  引言

随着经济的不断发展，市场的多样化，电子商务的高速发展，上市公司之间的竞争也越来越激烈。对于公司来说，存货不仅是资产的一部分，也是流动资产中重要的组成部分。那什么是存货管理呢？库存管理又称在库管理或存货管理，是指在企业生产经营过程中对存货数量的管理，其目的是在满足市场需求的前提下来降低企业的库存成本[1]。从2008年开始，上市公司的存货量就不断呈上升趋势，尤其是在服装纺织行业、有色金属行业和钢铁行业上，显然上市公司的存货管理已成为一个不可忽视的问题。存货管理是企业生产经营过程当中一个重要的环节，且公司的利益与存货管理也有着一定的联系。公司如何对存货进行管理并实施正确高效的存货管理模式，已成为当今上市公司共同需要解决的问题。
