摘 要：随着我国市场经济的不断发展，企业面临的市场竞争日益增强。当前，由于财务风险控制经验的欠缺，导致当前大多数企业依旧面临着严重的财务风险，使得企业难以有效规避财务风险带来的危害，大大增加了企业的资金风险，制约着企业的长远发展。本文以泰兴亚太泵阀有限公司财务风险控制对策为研究对象，首先阐述了本课题的研究背景、意义；然后介绍了财务风险的概念、财务风险的特征以及财务风险的衡量指标；接着从筹资风险、投资风险、销售与收款风险、财务评估风险四个方面出发，分析了泰兴亚太泵阀有限公司存在的主要财务风险及出现的原因；最后针对性地提出了相应的财务风险控制对策，以此切实规避财务风险，促进泰兴亚太泵阀有限公司实现进一步发展壮大。71416

Abstract: With the continuous development of China's market economy, enterprises are facing increasing competition in the market. At present, due to lack of experience of financial risk control, resulting in the majority of enterprises are still faced with serious financial risk, makes the enterprise difficult to effectively avoid financial risk of harm, greatly increases the risk of funds of enterprises, restricts the long-term development of enterprises. Firstly, the paper introduces the the subject of the research background, significance; then introduced the financial risk of the concept, the characteristics of financial risk and financial risk measure; then from the fund risk, investment risk, sales and receivables risk, evaluate the financial risk of four aspects of, analysis of the famous the Asia Pacific Pump Co., Ltd. is the main financial risks and the emergence of reason; finally put forward the corresponding financial risk control measures, which in order to effectively evade the financial risks, promote the famous Asia Pacific Valve Co., Ltd. to realize further development and growth.
