摘要:随着全球经济一体化,越来越多的国家和地区通过会展这一平台,对现代社会经济文化进行交流,会展业被世界诸多国家越来越重视。会展以面对面交流的方式,传播科技信息,交易科技成果,使参展商和观众能够高效的达到双赢的局面。而专业观众是展会中一个不可或缺的重要组成部分,他们与展会主题密切相关,通常是出于贸易等目的来参观展会的,是参展商的目标客户。本文主要研究专业观众诉求与科技信息传播的效果,通过文献研究了解不同专业观众对展览会的诉求不同以及不同诉求的强烈程度,并通过对参观科技类展览会的专业观众进行问卷调查,将问卷所得的数据进行统计分析,分析展会活动中专业观众的观展效果满意度,以及影响其满意度的一些因素,来研究专业观众诉求与展会科技信息传播的效果之间的联系。研究表明,专业观众的诉求不同、参展产品、展会的规模、展会的专业程度会影响展会科技信息传播的效果。最后提出对策建议,为展会主办方和参展商如何通过不同的现场活动满足专业观众的诉求提供参考。71983

Research on the professional audience appeals and the effect of science and technology information communication
Abstract:With the global economic integration, more and more countries and regions communicate with the modern society, economy and culture through the exhibition platform, and the exhibition industry has been paid more and more attention to by many countries in the world。 The exhibition will spread scientific and technological information and exchange scientific and technological results in a face to face way to enable exhibitors and audiences to achieve a win-win situation efficiently。 The professional audience is an indispensable part of the exhibition, they are closely related to the theme of the show, usually for trade purposes, such as visitors to the exhibition, is the target customers of exhibitors。 This paper mainly studies the professional audience demands and scientific information dissemination effect, understand the strong degree of different professional audience demands on an exhibition of different and different demands through literature research, questionnaire survey was conducted by visiting the science exhibition of professional audience, the questionnaire data for statistical analysis, analysis of the exhibition professional audience exhibition activities effect satisfaction, and some factors affecting the satisfaction, between professional audience appeal and exhibition research science and technology information dissemination of the effect of contact。 The research shows that the demand of professional audience is different, the scale of exhibiting products, the scale of the exhibition and the professional degree of the exhibition will influence the spread of science and technology information。 Finally, suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the organizers and exhibitors how to meet the demands of the professional audience through different field activities。
