摘要：电子商务的出现打破了固定的商业模式，缩短了时间，降低物流成本以及运输成本，提高了双方的工作效率，在整个商业运作过程实现无纸化和数字化的模式，使企业财务管理方面面临新的机遇和挑战。本文通过分析电子商务对企业财务管理的优势及影响，传统财务管理在电子商务环境下的问题，提出优化措施，将电子商务和企业财务管理更好的结合起来。通过以长江纸业公司作为个案进行研究，对其在电子商务影响下的经营管理和财务管理进行分析，为接下来的经营管理提供建议，完善其财务管理，促进企业的循环发展和创新。77177
