摘　要：对银行来说，组织架构科学合理与否是影响商业银行核心竞争力的主要因素之一。中国现在有四种不同类型的银行，分别是国有商业银行，股份制商业银行，外资银行，城市商业银行。不同类型的银行的组织架构有很大的差异，对银行组织架构与内部控制的关系存在多大的相关性，本文将以此展开研究。本文研究的主要内容包括以下几个方面：首先，从组织架构的基本理论出发，并结合组织架构引发的内部控制问题，阐述银行组织架构的选择与内部控制；再者，以我国的民生银行为案例，分析银行的组织架构、业务运行、风险控制，分析银行的优势与弊端，并提出相应的可行性建议。77846

Abstract : In terms of the bank, the organizational structure in  scientific and reasonable which is one of the main factors that inflences comical banks’core cooperativeness。There are four types of banks,that include State-owned commercial banks,Joint-stock commercial banks,Municipal commercial banks and Foreign banks。The organizationnl structure is very different from different types of banks。Generally speaking,this project will made a study of the correlation between the bank’s organizational structure and the internal control。The main idea of this project follows:Firstly，based on the basic theory of organizational structure and internal-control question that causes,explaining how to choice the organizational structure and internal control。Then,taking the Minsheng bank as an example,analyzing whose organizational structure,business opreration and risk control,virtues and limitations。In sddition,the project will provide feasible proposals。
