摘要：缴税纳税是一个企业应尽的责任，同样也是一个企业非常大的一项经营成本支出，是国家保持国家正常运转的必要收入。税收政策的改变，时刻牵动着一个企业的命脉以及一个企业所有的日常经营活动是否能够正常的开展。但是由于企业主对于税务会计不重视，导致长期以来我国企业在税务筹划方面并没不理想，这个现象在垄断型行业尤为明显，譬如国企和通讯行业。税务筹划就是充分利用税务政策间的漏洞或充分利用税务政策间的优惠政策，在诸多纳税方案中择优而选，为企业减少运营成本的开支，以达到最后缴税金额利润最大化。本文对移动通信行业——YS通讯公司，在营改增之后的纳税方案进行了简要的探讨。78825
