摘要：在经济全球化步调加速的趋势下，技术创新目前已经成为各个国家谋求经济持续增长的必经之路。而在此过程中，企业的创新研究是其不可忽视的环节，是我国经济可持续发展的壁垒。本文经过一系列的数据筛选，最终选择444家上市公司作为研究对象，以技术创新投入为被解释变量。在研究公司治理结构的领导权结构、董事会规模、高管激励、公司规模、资本结构五方面对研发投入影响的基础上，尝试构建公司治理的模型，研究结果表明：董事长与总经理是否由同一人担任、董事会人数的多少与企业技术创新投入没有直接的联系，高管的平均年薪越高越能促进技术创新发展，而公司规模越大，资产负债率越高，企业的技术创新投入就越低。81435

第三次工业以来，经济市场的竞争越来越激烈，与其同时，技术创新日益变成经济发展的重要动力。面对着日新月异的市场环境，企业通过技术创新来提高核心竞争力的意愿越来越强烈，同时也加大了相关方面的投资。随着中央开始鼓励企业以及个人进行大胆创新，为经济市场带来新的活力，更多的企业开始意识到技术创新的重要性。
