摘 要：由于市场经济体制改革的不断深入以及社会的进步,电力企业在改革和发展过程中所面临的财务风险越来越复杂，有效的进行风险控制显得尤其必要，本文从淮安供电公司的角度出发，针对淮安供电公司的现存状况，分析了其存在的财务风险跟特征，同时提出了一些能够降低企业财务风险的措施，为电力公司的改革提出合理而客观的意见。81695

Abstract: Along with market economy's unceasing development, the electric power enterprise's competition is getting more and more intense, the electric power enterprise's financial risk control question has already become an important question which the modern enterprise faces。 This article from Huai An Electric power company's angle embarking, through the financial risk content and the characteristic analysis faces to the Huai An Electric power company, proposed a series of improvement business finance condition and the method which reduces the business finance risk to guarantee that the electric power enterprise can obtain long-term, the stable economic efficiency and the social efficiency。 Meanwhile it gives reasonable and the objective comment for the electric power enterprise's reform。

1。1  选题的由来和意义

随着市场经济的变革，越来越多的企业感受到来自财务风险所带来的威胁。这些风险给企业经营造成了极大的冲击，并直接影响到我国国民经济的发展和社会的稳定。因此，加大企业财务风险控制力度，提高企业抗风险能力已成为现代企业财务管理工作的核心。

财务风险有狭义和广义之分，本文主要研究广义上的财务风险，从广义上看，财务风险是指企业在各项财务活动中，由于内外部环境及各种难以预料或无法控制的因素使财务系统运行偏离预期目标而形成的经济损失的机会性或可能性。

本文经过充分研究淮安供电公司所面临的财务风险，提出了一些能够减少电力公司财务风险的措施，期望能够为电力公司取得长久的经济效益。
