摘要信息网络的发展催生了一种新的商业模式——电子商务，并且以其资源配置效率高，方便快捷等特点迅速蔓延开来，成为我国经济发展过程中重要的组成成分。电子商务环境下，传统的财务管理出现了适应性偏差，网络财务软件和新的财务管理理论应运而生。在大潮流的驱使下，传统的企业也逐渐改变自己的财务管理和经营方式，以便在市场中占得优势。本文整理了目前电子商务环境下的企业财务管理的相关理论研究综述，分析了企业财务管理的变化因素，结合苏宁的案例研究，对电子商务环境下的企业财务管理提出创新。83681

Abstract The development of network information gave birth to the a new business model, e-commerce, and for its high efficiency of resource allocation, and other convenient features quickly spread, become the important components of China's economic development。 The traditional financial management has the adaptability deviation to the electronic commerce, so the network finance and the new financial management theory arises at the historic moment。 Driven by the big trend, the traditional enterprises have gradually changed their financial management and operation mode in order to take advantage of the market。 This article summarizes the currently financial management theory research under the e-commerce environment of enterprise, analyzes the factors of the financial management of enterprises under the e-commerce environment, combined with case analysis, puts forward innovation under the e-commerce environment of enterprise financial management。
