摘要:为了研究添加了枯草芽孢杆菌HY-1、HY-2和HY-3的发酵液的混合液对圣女果和甘蓝的促生作用以及对枯萎病的防效影响,在种植条件相同的情况下,用不同浓度稀释5倍、50倍、200倍和500倍的发酵液、离心后去除菌体的不同浓度发酵液、蒸馏水以及尿素对圣女果和甘蓝进行处理,检测了不同浓度的发酵液、蒸馏水和尿素对圣女果幼苗和甘蓝幼苗的地上部和根系生长、植株生物量和叶片的生理状况的影响。结果表明,在圣女果组和甘蓝组的各项生理指标均是稀释了5倍的发酵液对种子的萌发和幼苗生长出现一定的抑制作用,都明显低于空白对照组,尤其是含菌体的发酵液的根长低了约1。93cm;稀释了50倍、200倍和500倍的发酵液对可明显促进植株生长,含有枯草芽孢杆菌的发酵液的促生作用比未含菌体的效果更加明显,其中稀释200倍效果最好,平均根长约高于空白对照组6。63cm。93174
Abstract:The objective of study is to investigate the growth-promotion effects of the mixture of fermentation liquid adding the Bacillus subtilis HY - 1,HY - 2 and HY - 3。In the same condition of planting,the cherry tomatoes seeds and kale seeds were disposed with diluted 5 times,50 times,200 times and 500 times of the mixture of fermentation liquid with the Bacillus subtilis and without the Bacillus subtilis,the water and the urea。The effects of different handing on underground growth,root growth,plant biomass and leaf physiological traits of cherry tomatoes and kale were analyzed。 The results indicate that the mixture of fermentation liquid in diluted 5 times restrain seed germination and growth 。They were significantly lower than the blank handling group。The mixture of fermentation liquid in diluted 5 times promote seed germination and growth of cherry tomatoes and kale。The growth-promotion effects of the fermentation liquid containing Bacillus subtilis were significantly more effective than those without Bacillus subtilis。The mixture of fermentation liquid in diluted 200 times promote seed germination and growth best。
