摘要9-10月份,在东北帽儿山地区的树林、果园等蚜虫多发区采集异色瓢虫和其他瓢虫。将采集的异色瓢虫根据底色分为黑底(Black)和黄底(Yellow)两大类,再根据雌性(Female)和雄性(Male)体征差异分为黑雌(BF)、黑雄(BM)、黄雌(YF)和黄雄(YM)四类,每类需采集150头以上,分别进行鲜重称量并计算平均值。测定各类异色瓢虫的含水量、过冷却点和冰点。
    在昆虫耐寒性的重要参数——过冷却点的测定中发现,黑雄由-10.25℃下降到-16.73℃,黄雄由-11.74℃下降到-16.51℃,黑雌由-12.76℃下降到-18.54℃,而黄雌则由-12.06℃下降到-17.33℃。由此可以得出:4组材料的过冷却点和冰点随着滞育深度的加深而全部降低,说明随着持续低温驯化,瓢虫的耐寒能力在逐渐提高;不管滞育深度如何,雌性的过冷却点都低于雄性,说明雌性在抵御严寒的适应性上占有优势。48357
    在昆虫的体重和含水量测定中发现,4个组别的干重和湿重都有所降低,说明随着至于深度加深,虫体在缓慢消耗着体内能量物质;含水量的各组变化则各不相同:黑雌从59.48%下降到54.06%,黄雌由47.47%升高到54.38%,黑雄由53.20%升高至54.26,黄雄则由53.53%升高至54.39%。从数据中可以看出雌性类群的含水量调节幅度比雄性类群大,说明雌性为了更好得适应逆境,在应对寒冷变化时出现更大幅度的变化,这一结论与过冷却点得到的一致。
Abstract In October, in the northeast mountain forest, orchard aphids prewarning acquisition Harmonia axyridis.Acquisition of different color the Harmonia axyridis according to the base can be pided into two categories, black and yellow bottom again according to the differences between male and female signs are pided into BF,BM,YF,YM four classes.Each type of need to collect more than 150 head, fresh weigh and calculate the average value of separately.The determination of water content of all kinds of different color the Harmonia axyridis, cooling and freezing point.

Found in the insect's weight and water content determination, four categories of wet weight and dry weight reduced, with as for depth deepening, insect body is slowly consumed energy in the body material;Water content of each change is different:Black female decreased from 59.48% to 54.06%, yellow females increased from 47.47% to 54.38%, black males rise by 53.20% to 54.26, hung wong is increased from 53.53% to 54.39%.Can be seen from the data of female groups of water content adjustment range is larger than the male groups, suggests that the female in order to better adapt to adversity, there was a more substantial changes in response to cold changes, the conclusion and cooling is consistent.
