摘 要随着全球化的速度日益加快，外资直接投资激增，外资并购（Mergers and Acquisitions） 成了国际直接投资的主要手段。外资展览公司尤以德国展览企业与英国展览企业，近年来频 频对中国内地展览业发起并购行动，并呈现出快速发展的态势，引发了业界的关注与思考。 为更好地了解外资展览企业在中国内地市场的并购行动，本文以展览业外资并购行动发起方 典型代表——英国励展博览集团(Reed Exhibitions)在中国内地展览市场的并购行为作为研究 对象，梳理了其在内地展览业的并购历程，阐述了其并购的动因，并分析了励展博览集团在 内地市场的并购特点。以期了解中国内地展览市场的外资并购情况及趋势，并为中国会展企 业走出国门，提高国际市场竞争力提供一些借鉴意义。88752

Abstract Mergers and Acquisitions have become the primary means of international direct investment as globalization accelerates rapidly and transnational direct investment surges。 In recent years, the foreign-owned exhibition companies ,especially the German and British exhibition companies, initiated mergers and acquisitions in mainland Chinese exhibition industry, which is showing a rapid development trend and triggering the industry's attention and thinking。 In order to better understand the foreign-capital mergers and acquisitions of exhibition companies, this paper takes Reed Exhibitions, a typical representative of enterprise M & A in exhibition industry, as a research object。 By  combing  its expansion  in the  exhibition industry ,elaborating  its motivation   and

analyzing the characteristics  ，with a wish to get the picture of the foreign  investment

in the Mainland Chinese exhibition market and provide some references for China's exhibition enterprises to go abroad and improve its international competitiveness。
